The villa is 850 m2 on two floors, with several living rooms, a terrace and a patio with furniture. The 4 bedrooms have king-size and/or double beds: the villa can accommodate up to 8 people at a time. The 4 bedrooms all have TVs and air conditioning, while the common areas have a DVD player, a stereo system, a telephone, and a refrigerator.

The villa is located just across the street from an embassy guarded 24 hours a day by police. Cuban visitors can be received upon surrendering identification to the janitor.
